Vague sleep patterns Versa

I received my Versa as a Christmas present and love it. I was receiving my sleep information with detailed times of REM, light sleep, etc...now it is only showing very vague info times restless, and awake. Can anyone help or give suggestion on how to get back to the detailed information. TIA

@Wiedes A few questions first.

  • what's your phone model and OS
  • Is your Versa tracking your heart rate properly. Please post some screenshots of heart rate recordings from Fitbit mobile app for the nights Versa did not track your sleep properly
  • does your Versa sync properly
  • do you have any sleep targets set up, e.g. bed times? If yes, remove them and sync your tracker

You can also, try toggling heart rate ON/OFF (in Settings app on your Versa) with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes), just in case there was a heart rate recording issue.
