Hi,
I only bought my Fitbit Versa yesterday! Alarmed that my resting heart rate is low to mid 50's, even caught it reading 47! I felt lethargic recently before I bought the watch, now I’m panicking! Anyone else have similar? Or does this thing read accurately?

A warm welcome to the Community @Drgadsden.
If you are seeing that your heart rate information is not being accurate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

If you're in good shape, resting heart rate in the 50s is pretty normal. A Google search will find you charts like on this page:
https://www.topendsports.com/testing/heart-rate-resting-chart.htm
The Versa does often get my heart rate wrong (170 while walking the dog, or 106 when panting at the top of a long climb on my bicycle!) but when it shows me a number around 50 while I'm sitting at work, and I check my pulse manually, it's dead on.
Just checked it now: watch said 56, I counted 28 in 30 seconds, perfect!

Hello,
I have had my Versa for a month and it has not accurately read my heart rate since day 1. Because it is fairly new there was not much info about this but now as i'm looking into it it seems like lots of people are having the same issue. At the doctor a few days ago my HR was measured as 60 whereas my FitBit was 100.
Is there a fix for this besides what you have posted here (didn't work for me). This was not a cheap product and i'm very disappointed that it does not seem like a solution has been reached by FitBit
