Retrieve messages are not saving

Hi all, I can receive messages and If I bring my wrist up I can see the message no problem. When I go back to look for the message I can't find it (them). What I do is push the notification button and scroll down I get a message that says Nothing New Here. What am I missing?

After checking your messages on your Versa, are you checking them on your phone? Is this happening with several notifications or just texts?

Thanks. I checked and found out if you view the message on the phone they are deleted from the Versa.
