Hi Google and Fitbit, my name is Kevin and I am trying to return my FitBit Versa 2 and I tried using your ChatBot Feature (supposedly spoke with Earl) I got no where he redirected me to a return section of Fitbit's website which I didn't have an Order Number or an email address to associate with an order. If I had more room I would tell you more..

Fitbit has a 45 day return period. They stopped selling the Versa 2 I'm gonna guess around a year ago now? You didn't buy a Versa 2 directly from Fitbit any time recently.
