Does Fitbit have a Return Guaranteed for any fitness tracker that does not work or has problems?

Hi @BPerhne   warranty information can be found here - click to go there. Generally Fitbit tries to resolve issues before a return, if one is approved. What's going on?

I’ve had the Fitbit Ionic to cause a red sore with redness around it where the heart rate monitor and the charging connector is. I was wondering if I could return it and get a refund?
