Hello
My versa device has gone dead.

I have tried absolutely everything as per the  advice on the fititbit website & community . It is fully charged. It is only a few months old.
I purchased it at Dublin airport not online. Does anyone know how do i return my versa from Ireland??

I'm very disappointed that this has happened as i use it daily (and love it) & have been so careful with it as it is an expensive item.

The fitbit warranty only allows for a replacement in the event of a defect, not a refund. Normally the best chance of a refund is from the retailer but I guess that's tricky in your case.

Best thing to do is to contact customer support who can go through your options: contact.fitbit.com
