When a phone call comes through on my phone, my Fitbit app used to give me the number calling. Now it just says unknown everytime. I've checked my settings and don't know how to fix. Any ideas?

@aporfilio - Hi! The issue is fixed in the latest Fitbit app release. Did you give the Fitbit app permission for "CALL LOGS"? I own a Pixel 2XL and now can see the callers name after the latest App update.

What phone are you using? Has there been a recent update tonthe phone? Check that the appropriate settings on your phone are on (things like display caller number, show on lock screen, show in history)

I have a google pixel 2. There was a recent update but I checked all the settings available. I did not see any settings regarding display caller number, show on lock screen however.

Yes when I checked the settings it showed as allowed. I had my husband call and it worked. I'm going to have to test it a couple more times to make sure it works.
