Rise to Wake/Quick view function turned off, but Versa wakes randomly without touching it

I have the rise to wake/quick view function turned off, but Versa wakes randomly without touching it. It would seem something hitting my arm, or even a shake wakes the versa and the screen lights up.

Is anyone else having this issue or is mine faulty?

I have had this happen as well, and it does seem to be related to shaking or tapping (for example, I can tap on my arm a few inches above the Fitbit and make the screen come on). The vibration makes it think it's being tapped. It doesn't happen with every movement, or even most, but happens often enough to be an annoyance.

Yes, I've noticed sometimes the slightest movement of the watch on my wrist wakes it up. It seems to be overly sensitive sometimes and yet others I can tap on it loads and it doesn't wake when I actually want it to. Hopefully it's a software thing that needs tweaking? I'm just trying to figure out if my watch is faulty and needs returning or if it's just something that Fitbit need to work on.

Same here. It’s making me insane. Wakes me up at night.

Yep. Mine too. Drives me crazy. Wish they’d fix/change it.

I have the same problem and it drives me crazy!  All I have to do is move my arm and the screen will come on.  It used to not be as bad, but it's getting worse.  It's a real problem when trying to sleep at night and when driving at night.  I've tried searching google for solutions and nothing.  I don't know what to do.  It drains my battery and is an inconvenience.  But otherwise, I LOVE my Versa.  Just wish there was a way to keep it from constantly coming on.
