sync issue (conflicting last sync time)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When syncing my Versa watch, data like steps walked are synced properly and shown up on my phone, but the sleep data are not synced. Even more strange is that the "last sync time" was reported to be yesterday (see screenshot).

What is going on and how to fix it? The usual fixes such as turn on/off Bluetooth, rebooting watch, ... do not work.

From Can I see real-time data in the Fitbit app?"

"The Fitbit app shows your data as of the last time you synced your tracker, but you can watch some stats update in real time if you look at your dashboard while wearing your tracker."

You are seeing steps, and probably other data, on your phone directly from bluetooth connection with tracker, without having actually synced, i.e. it has not connected to database since yesterday's sync time.  Data since then is not yet in the Fitbit database, and sleep is not calculated without going through the database.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
