Run data not showing up on versa3

I select run in exercise app and start. It shows all stats during my run.

But when I’m done and sync the app on

My phone no data on my completed run

appears. I turned off auto workouts. My versa 3 tracked all of my selected workouts until

September13

Could you please verify if the data is shown on your online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
If so this will help me determine if the data is being transferred to your account and if it's only something with the Fitbit app.

 

What other data don't you see on the app?

When I select run from the exercise choices on my watch and start it, it
works just fine showing distance heart rate etc. when I done I swipe down and
end the exercise. When I go to the Fitbit app on my phone and sinc no
run data shows up. Nothing. This started happening on September 13.
Before that date everything worked fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the
Fitbit app on my phone and also restarted my watch several times.
I am running a marathon on October 2.
I would appreciate any help solving this. Thx

@Coffee50 , Thank you for your reply and further information. 

Just to confirm if your data is being synced with your account, could you please go to fitbit.com and log in. 
Verify under activities if the ones missing in the app do appear there.

I checked activity after logging in to app on my phone and there was no exercise activity that was initiated by me. I ran 6 miles on September 20
and no activity was shown. As usual before I started my run I opened the run exercise on my watch and waited
for GPS connection then touched the start arrow. Touched end when done
running. Thx

@Coffee50 , Thank you for your reply.

Please follow these steps, some of which you have already done, but the order is important:

 

  • Restart the Versa 3.
  • Please on mobile device, go to Settings>Bluetooth, and remove all connections that exist with the Versa 3. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone OS version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn on the Bluetooth again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the watch from here.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the Versa 3 as a new device.

Try to sync an activity afterwards.

I followed your steps exactly and still
have the same problem. Completed
exercises don’t show up on my Fitbit phone app. Thx

After you sync your Versa 3 with your phone, do you see your daily steps shown?

I have the same problem as @Coffee50 I have logged in, but the activity does not show in the app or in my account. I tried the different "tips", like uninstall the app, switch phone on/off, etc.

I see steps in my account and in my app, but it seems like it does not include steps from my run. In my phone and in my account it says  zero km, zero min in cardio, and so on.

Since I’m running a marathon on October 2, I purchased a new versa 3
and everything works now.

Do you have access to another phone or mobile device where you could install the Fitbit app and try to sync your Versa 3 with it?
Just to verify if the connection between the devices is working correctly?
