SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10 COMPATIBILITY

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have just been told by the customer service member I spoke with on the phone that the reason I am have all these connectivity and compatibility issues is because my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is NOT fully compatible with my Fit Bit Versa.

Will the up coming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series of smartphones that are being released on Aug 23, 2019 be FULLY compatible with my FITBIT VERSA?

I have the Samsung galaxy note 10 and my fitbit versa doesn't sync to it. I'm not too happy because it worked fine with my iPhone. Now its useless. Are they going to be fixing this issue or should I just go back to iPhone?

Unfortunately, not. I bought the Versa 2 and it is impossible to sync. It is really sad.
