My Fitbit says I have taken stairs when I haven't and said I went swimming when I havent as well. What could be causing this?

Stairs is easy - it is reacting to air pressure changes either caused by wind or by approaching weather. Or it might be reacting to hills as you drive.

Swimming is a bit different. Do you ever go swimming? If not, turn swimming off in the app. But Id suggest you restart the Charge 3 several times anyway and see if that stops the false swims.
