@Payit2 Is your Versa syncing without issues? When was the last sync? Are you receiving any notifications at all? Which notifications would you like to receive? You can try this:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in phone's Bluetooth settings
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions and sync
  7. Set up the notifications in the Fitbit mobile app
  8. Make sure All day sync and Always Connected are on.

The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.

As per text notifications and calls. Make sure that Preview of the message is enabled - go to your Android Notification settings, tap on your messaging app, and enable Preview on the screen (in the Status Bar). By default, Samsung phones have it disabled, which means message can't be seen on the phone's screen and Versa cannot read it.

Regarding Call Notifications, go to your phone's settings, date and time, and make sure auto-time is turned on. Also, again go to settings on your phone, scroll down to Apps, tap and open Application List. Tap on the three dots in the right top corner, and select Show System Apps. Scroll down through the app list to something like Call Management. This might be called differently on your device. Open it and tap on Notifications. Make sure that Incoming calls are set to Urgent or High.
