Happy year to all!
For Christmas I bought a Fitbit versa 2 and in some inexplicable way the screen has been scratched. Is there any alternative to have it repaired?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry to know that the screen of your Versa 2 was unfortunately scratched. I was informed by our Support team that they are already reviewing your situation and they'll provide you with information in a timely manner.
