Hi @SunsetRunner , if you have updated your iPhone to iOS 13, see this warning on top of the customer support page. To be clear about this issue: it's Apple's fault, they changed the rules regarding handling notifications on your Fitbit, without informing Fitbit about it, so Fitbit has to solve an issue cause by Apple itself.
