Watch doesn't wake up when I twist my wrist to look at it.

Hi there, @Mother21. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

As a first approach, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist.

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

I can't seem to either get the button pressed or keep it pressed long enough to do a reset.  However it seems to be working now although it seems to take longer for it to wake up than it used to.  Thanks for your suggestion anyway.

@Mother21 Thanks for getting back and the update!

Have you checked that screen wake is enabled?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
