I'm very frustrated. I bought my Versa in May2018. It was fine but I noticed that it was a bit hard to swipe the screen. Today, the screen isn't working at all. I can't swipe or click, nothing works. I have restarted many times. I have noticed some errors that Fitbit can't track my sleep and BPM is too high and yesterday I burned 4700 calories (quite impossible) ..... Any solutions or guarantee or is there any service to fix this? Thank you in advance
