So my Fitbit Versa screen went completely black, It is charged and works because it vibrates when I get a notification. I cant reset it because I cant see anything on the screen to reset it. Is there anyway I can reset it from the computer?

Hi @bubbles8184 . You can reset your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right, bottom buttons until the Fitbit logo appears. (If you have the Versa Lite, press and hold its button for approximately 10 seconds until the logo appears.)  Try this 2 or three times. Please let us know if it works.
