Have had my Versa just over a year, and now there is a chip out of bottom and a crack; so frustrating, as I don’t even know how it happened! I have always had a screen protector on it. Now I am debating to get another, or make the switch to Apple. Are Apple’s screens any better?

Hi @julie95 , my wife owns an Apple iWatch. The screen is very good, but battery life is, to say the least, terrible. Lasts hardly a day with heavy use and, besides that, for the price of one iWatch you can buy two Fitbit's. I own now a Versa 2 and the battery lasts, in my case, 7 days and the Versa 2 has a beautiful display. So, all in all, it's your choice. I know what I should do though.

Thank you kuzibri! Battery life is definitely a consideration, along with cost....

Hi, you're very welcome. You know, this community has a positive, but also a downside. The blessing is that users can post their problems in the hope someone can help them, the downside is that only users with problems post in this community, while I'm convinced that there are far more satisfied users with the Fitbit products than this community suggests. Every since I bought my first Fitbit watch, e.g. the Surge, and after that the Blaze - Ionic - Versa and now the Versa 2, I never had any problems with all of these devices. You might think that I'm a lucky guy, but sooner or later, you run out of luck. This did not happen with all these devices. I really never needed Customer Support to solve problems, if I had any, I was always able to solve them myself. Hope this information gives you somewhat more confidence in the Fitbit products. Regards kuzibri
