My versa’s screen won’t wake up/turn on.  I looked on my phone in the Fitbit app and it says the battery is full but I can’t get the screen to display.  I noticed yesterday that when I got a notification of a text, I wasn’t able to view it from the versa like I have been.  The only thing I can think of is on Monday, I washed my hands and water splashes in it but I wiped it really good right away.  Anyone have any ideas??  Thanks!

Have you tried restarting your Versa? Do it several times. If that doesnt get it going again you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

Splashing it should not be the cause - it is waterproof.
