I went swimming with my Fitbit Versa as normal but once I got out and dried  it off it started doing this thing where it would randomly start opening the notifications window a couple times and then stop. At one point it got stuck on the exercise tracking tab and I couldn’t press the side button back to the clock face. Every time I think it’s fine it starts to open the notifications again. It’s not visibly wet and I dried it off as normal, what else can I do?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue with your Versa screen after you went swimming with it. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing the following:

1. Try to restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change a clock face, switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
