I have a Versa 2 synced to an LG ThinQ 8. About 3 weeks ago my alarm went off as usual in theorning, but I couldn't turn it off. The screen didn't respond to my touch. Reset. At about the same time my screen stopped responding to my touch when trying to swipe left to access my apps, so I had to start doing a reset. I typically only use the Exercise app and alarm. Now I have to reset every time I want to do anything other than open the watch face. That usually gives me access (responds to touch) although sometimes I have to reset more than once. I just got this for Xmas, so it can't be outdated already! Help!

I have the same issue and it is very aggravating.

Agreed! It's a lot of money for something that only works well for a few months. 😕 I did receive an update yesterday, and no problem with the exercise app today. Hopefully that fixed it. Time will tell.
