My Fitbit keeps asking to unlock phone which even when phone unlocked

Is it asking you to unlock the phone, or unlock with your phone? If it's "unlock with phone":

hi 

My screen is also locked and I can't locate my watch on my phone as well so please advise me how to delete and complete reset my watch to connect and create new account on my watch.
