Hi I brought my Versa from Michigan in September. Was going well till a week back when I noticed that the battery life has come down t hardly a day.I dont use the music player in my Versa. 5 days later the screen flashed, dimmed off and never worked again...

Hi, have you tried the restart procedure, e.g. restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problems, you can do two things:
1. Perform a Factory Reset.Click the link and you will find all the needed info on how to perform a FR and also how to setup your Versa all over again with your phone, cause after a FR your Versa acts as a brand new device which is still in the box. If that also does not solve your problem:
2. Contact Customer Support about your problem.

I would just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa got back to life after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.
In addition, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before.
