My screen just stopped working. I can see the heart rate monitor light flickering and the vibrations from pressing the buttons. It is also syncing with the phone. I contacted Fitbit to then learn that because I live in Barbados nothing can be done. That is crazy!!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, updating as products come out. This my first issue and this is what I’m faced with!!!! I just wanted even a repair. When I bought it Fitbit should disclose that where you live matter. My watch doesn’t even have a scratch but it’s defective and I still can’t get help. This is ridiculous!!!!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
I flew in to Bridgetown, Barbados in 1949 with the Air Force for a few very enjoyable days. The airfield was just a grassy strip and we had to buzz the field to get the cows off before landing. 😁
