I’m not sure what’s wrong with my Versa, but i woke up the other day and it wasn’t on. I knew it wasn’t dead because it had a nearly full charge when I went to sleep. I’ve already tried restarting it, and the screen lights up but it looks like there a glitch in it. Then it goes dark again.

If you have only restarted once, trynit several more times. If it is still not working try a Factory Reset. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature) Let us know how you go
FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up. Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

I am having the exact same problem. I know it was charged. It kept blinking on and off between my clock and the Fitbit logo. It eventually froze while on the Fitbit logo and never came back on. I have tried the reset option by holding the 3 for 12 seconds, but my Fitbit does not respond. What do I try next?

It sounds like your Versa is continually crashing and resetting itself. You could try leaving it off the charger until it is completely flat, wait another few hours minimum then charge and retry.

I have tried leaving off the charger and charging it overnight as well. Still no response at all from the Fitbit. Screen stays black and no vibration. It's like it is completely broken and not coming back on.

Unless you have very recently tried to update the firmware, it sounds like it could only be a hardware issue, in which case contacting support would be best? BTW has it recently been under water for first time?
