Heart rate stopped working

Hi everyone

My heart rate sensor stopped working. Did a factory reset still not working. Switched the heart rate function off and on again, still not working. 

Any advice on how to fix it myself or should I send it back to the supplier?

Try turning the Versa off for several hours (settings app and scroll down to About). Let it have a few hours shut down and see if the Heart Rate sensors are working when you turn it back on. If that doesnt get it working you will need to return it to where you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature). I hope it comes back to life!
