During exercise the screen remains on and drains the battery. How do I switch this off.

Hi again.
SUCCESS!!!
I followed you instructions about pressing the 2 buttons several times, which I did 8 or 9 times, and low and behold I now have a settings wheel on each of the exercise screens which were not there before. From the settings wheels I can now choose not have the screen on when exercising etc. I was at the gym yesterday and the screen stayed off until I Checked how I was doing.
So the settings wheels were missing but with your 2 button re-sets this has corrected the fault.
Thank you very much for your help

Hi, does the screen only stay on during exercise or also during other activities, or does it, when you're sitting f.i., switches off after the time you have choosen in the settings of the Versa. The time range that the display will be on is from 10 to max 60 secs and then it should switch off.

Hi, and thanks for your reply.
The screen stays on during the workout exercise setting but I have not noticed it being on when e.g. walking, but I do know, like now, that when I am just siting the screen is off. I have already set things to the 10 sec of setting for the screen switch off which seems to work OK for everything else. For now just workout setting it stays on.
Thanks

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if that solves this strange problem. Hope so.
