Screen stopped swiping

The screen on my Versa stopped swiping.

Hey @Ss1005, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

If your Versa isn't swiping, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

No it didn’t work and I tried it twice.

Was there a solution to this issue as my Versa is doing the same thing where I can't swipe the screen at all.

Actually no I tried turning it in and off and also factory resetting it and nothing still not swipping

Mines did the same and eventually it got worse- the screen went fuzzy then stopped working... I was wondering how waterproof is this watch is or if they just get like this after a few months??

I'm having the exact same problem, about midday today my versa just stopped reacting to any taps or attempts at swiping. It still synced with my phone just fine, I just couldn't see any stats on the watch. I've been trying to restart/factory reset for the past 20-30mins and nothing is working and now the screen is just stuck on the fitbit logo. Can someone recommend another solution or fitbit support escalate my issue also? Thanks.

My versa stopped swiping last night and I have tried factory reset and charging etc and nothing, it will not respond to any touch.  This is not great considering the watch was bought for me in Dec for xmas and isn`t even 6 months old. - Not happy as I rely on this for work too.  Can you advise please

Mines also and its the third replacement of watch I have had it’s ridiculous.
