Screen stuck and not syncing

I updated my fitbit to the newest install and it worked great. I’ve had no problems until I put it on the charger this morning. When I took it off, the time and HR had dashed lines. I turned it off and back on, which updated my steps but it still had dashed lines. I turned Bluetooth on and off as well as the app. Then I pushed all three buttons and it still is showing the same thing. It won’t sync unless I turn it off and back on. Help!

Try restarting your tracker several times. If that doesnt fix it then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ) or return it to the store you bought it. Let us know how you go
