There should be a way to take a screenshot from your Fitbit without needing a third party app. Perhaps with the 2 side buttons etc.

Hi @Yoze - actually there is a way but it is quite complicated.

 

  • If you install Fitbit Studio on a PC and start it
  • on the watch turn on Developer Bridge [needs wifi so runs the battery down quicker],
  • in Studio click select a device and the one you are using
  • you can then make a screenshot and save it.

The watch is capable of rendering a current image of it's display, so for reporting problems or sharing, a simpler way through the Fitbit App would definitely be far more useful.
