How do I find Versa 2 serial number?

I purchased my Fitbit in October 2020. I threw away the box, I cannot locate the serial number anywhere. Can someone please help me get the serial number for a Fitbit versa 2 please. Much appreciated.

Hi @SDWilks - login to the web dashboard (click this link)  and click on your device, the last part of the URL after the last / contains the serial number.

Hello @SDWilks and welcome to the Community.  I checked my two devices and their boxes.  The numbers aren't the same -- the same numbers and letters are there, but in a different order.  There is a pattern.  I'm going to break up the numbers into groups, so you can see the pattern.  I hope you can decode your serial number.

Versa 3 Box: 24 27   B9 D7   62 89

Versa 3 URL: 89 62   D7 B9   27 24

Luxe Box: 35 9B   04 D6   62 61

Luxe URL: 61 62   D6 04   9B 35
