@SunsetRunner, you are not trying to change your goal from the dashboard right. You only can make the change from your app. Try going to your account and click on exercise under goals, you will see goals with number of days it’s set for. If you click on goals you should see 1-7 days, you should be able to select any days you want. Once selected you will see a check mark on the day you selected, once selected just go back to your main account and it should be saved.
