My Fitbit account on my iPhone shows that Aria and Mobile Track are there. When I go to "Set up device" - Versa and follow all the prompts it starts searching but never finds anything!!!!.

Best Answer@Ridb I merged your two threads into one. I'm assuming you're adding Versa to the account that already has Aria linked with it. Did you set up Wifi? Is your Versa in the charging dock near the router? Reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes) and restart the procedure.

Best Answer@Ridb Try setting it up using different device like tablet or computer .Once you add it to your Fitbit account you should see it in the Fitbit app on your mobile.
