Second fitbit, the Versa. Having a nightmare setting up. This a real pain compared to my Surge which was simple. Managed to get the tracker saved into my account on the computer although it's syncing very slowing / with delayed data. Fitbit app refuses to display the Versa on my phone. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled a dozen times now but nothing, the versa isn't shown as an option to link to my windows phone, the model number RM-1072. Even my 16 year old who is very tech savvy is pulling their hair out. Any help out there ?? It would be appreciated.

Jeez, do I agree with you. I have a new Versa and have not been able to update the software. I was traveling and thought the issue was the public wifi at the hotel, so waited until I got home. Still going crazy trying to get it to update. If this doesn't resolve soon, I'm going to return it for a refund. I've never had this much trouble with a new Fitbit, and this is the at least the fourth one I've owned.
