Sick of erratic syncing, tracking

I have struggled with syncing since I first got this watch.  Sometimes it will show me the mileage and steps right away, but it is a never ending struggle getting the active minutes out of it which is what I really need to see.  It also hasn't shown a HR since I first got it.  It sporadically tracks sleep.  I have reset the watch many times, restarted the app, turned bluetooth on and off.  Turned the tablet off.  I have it set for continual tracking, but it gives me the message your sync is scheduled and will start soon and never does.  It will say last synced the day before.  Yet some syncing does occur just not all of it. WHY WHY WHY??  I have never been so frustrated with something.  The old fitbit flex worked so much better and if it had been available would have gotten it again.

I don't have a phone, I use a tablet, Sony Xperia Z2, but that wasn't the issue.  What solved it was deleting the Versa off and replacing it so that I could log in with the new cable modem I had gotten -it needed to be linked with it and that was the only way to do it.  Thank you to the tech help for figuring it out!

I am using a tablet, Sony Xperia Z2.  I have seen the instructions, have gotten tech help, did the pair unpair bit, bluetooth on off, think I have tried everything out there you can do.  Yes my tablet is up to date.  The internet works fine (5 G)  Oh, I actually got a heart rate today.  But it wouln't sync anything at all.  I have no idea how to get it to stop doing this one sync a day it seems to be stuck on now.  Like I said the button to continuous track is turned on.
