My Versa worked fine first few days but after taking off and charging it for first time I haven’t had detailed sleep tracking. I also don’t get the hourly movement reminders. I’ve read all the previous posts about sleep tracking and tried various things but still no luck.

Have you restarted your Versa several times? If not give that a try.
