I just picked up my Versa, and already I'm fighting with it - after the initial issues with the app, I finally got it set up, only to have it reading my resting heart rate at 107bpm which is absurdly high. Is there a fix for this? Known issue?

Yes this is a known issue...at least to many of us. You will probably see that if you scan the postings. Fitbit support have said since the watch's inception (mid April 2018) that "the engineers are working on it", but no software upgrade yet. I missed my chance to return it over 45 days and regret buying it.

It didn't track my sleep last night either... Did I waste my money here?
