So yesterday with this watch I had a light day. Didn’t do much just usual walking around. Talking about this to my cardiologist today and told him my heart rate on one part of the app says I got 45 min of top tier training BPM of 283 at on point. Then would drop to 55 then back to 230 then back down then back to 295 the back down and I have my strap tight and it’s 2 fingers above the wrist knuckle. So idk what I am doing wrong then it says I have a score of 1 for whatever the recovery thing is well yeah when I am sleeping and my heart rate is running the New York or Boston marathon while asleep then yeah absolutely I don’t see why it’s wouldn’t read 1. What else when I walk i feel perfectly fine but this watch says my heart rate is 157 to 169. I do my own physical measurements and its 100 if that Highest I got was 105 and that’s because I was speed walking. So idk where theses numbers are coming from. Lets see what else the accuracy of you sitting down as to 4 blood pressure test at a cardiologist office is off by (+-10 to 25)bpm that’s a lot in my book that’s literally what someone who use these for find to see if they are accurate enough for a gold blood reading. So yeah take these measurements as a way to not get to worked up cause if my heart was at 283 at the middle of the night then the other chart says 55bpm at the same exact time then I wouldn’t trust it. As for Fitbit fix your stuff before your sued not by me I’m poor but someone waste a-lot of money making sure they don’t have a heart attack cause your programming sucks well then I’d be careful. As for me I am switching returning my watch for a Apple Watch or something else cause the stories and more I read about Fitbit are horrendous and I don’t wanna be wasting money when I’m healthy.
