Hi.
Like many others I am very frustrated by the spotty detailed sleep stages vs. basic. I have had my Versa since late Nov and for the first month or so I got DETAILED sleep stages (REM, Light, Deep, etc).. and I loved it!
Since about mid January I get sleep stages about once a month 😞
Nothing has changed - i wear it the same, sleep the same, etc
I have tried ALL of the troubleshooting - restart, factory reset, ensured app was up to date, removed app and reinstalled, blah blah blah
Can someone PLEASE solve this for me? i bought the Versa specifically because I heard it tracked sleep much better than the Charge 2 I had.....

Hi @budon, have you tried changing the Sleep Setting from normal to sensitive? You can do that by following these steps.

Yes, i did try that.. no luck
