Versa working well except that each night it stops tracking my sleep in the middle of the night, maybe around midnight..Each morning at 2:22 exactly resumes tracking.  not up or even awake.

Hello @Type2Nannie, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have not been awake during the night. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Next, before going to sleep the next night, make sure your Versa is giving you a heart rate reading and that the watch is snug on your wrist. Then check if your sleep is showing correctly for this night.

If you're still seeing your sleep log divided in two, try using your Versa on your non-dominant hand. Also make sure your sleep sensitivity is set to normal by going to your device settings in the online Dashboard, then monitor the sleep again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Thank you, I did re-set it and my sleep is no longer divided. Last night
it seemed snug but it just recorded the sleep in the usual way, not
normal, deep etc.  Will re-set and tonight make sure the heartbeat is
showing before I set for sleep. Thanks

Hello @Type2Nannie, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I'm very glad your sleep is no longer divided, I appreciate you have followed the troubleshooting steps provided earlier, please keep me updated in case you're still not able to see Sleep Stages so I can determine which steps should we take next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I am still not able to see sleep stages, have done all:

reset

high on don-dominant wrist

heart rate registering as I go to bed

Thinking I will do the on-line live help this afternoon.

I love it and everything else works great.

It all of a sudden stopped registering sleep stages a couple of days ago.

Thanks
