Sleep not tracked or displayed incorrectly

My fitbit has stopped tracking sleep. I've tried rebooting it, reinstalling the app, switching on/off both phone and Versa a few times but still not working. Moroever, the sleep "panel" in the dashboard suddenly does not display previous days correctly, i.e. part of the information of one of the past days has now disappeared and only the heading of the day (day of the week and date) remains with no tracking info although it was showing normally yesterday.

Any suggestion on how I might solve this?

@CatePao Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not tracking your sleep and the sleep info doesn't appear correctly on your Dashboard. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to make sure that your Versa band is not being worn too tight. Also, I'd like you to change your Sleep setting to "Sensitive" instead of "Normal". Please do this change through your web-based Dashboard, not through the app and don't forget to save the changes. After this, monitor your sleep and see if it gets tracked properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
