Sleep score shows up sometimes but now doesn’t. Also doesn’t show heart rate. I have searched on line and looked here but can’t find what to do. I just can figure out how it can show up sometimes and sometimes not.
Had same problem went through fitbit tech support and now I have a black screen Versa. I have my watch for less than two years and now fitbit is telling me there is nothing to do except to give me a 35% on my next fitbit purchase!!! what a shame!!
Well, that’s not good. I was going to try to chat with tech support but now am afraid to. I just bought mine this year. It tracked score, then didn’t, then did, and now isn’t. I haven’t knowingly changed anything.
