I had to setup Versa a second time after several months of use. Before setup, Versa tracked sleep stages perfectly. Now Versa can’t detect sleep stages. I’ve tried readjusting wrist strap over four successive nights and the result is the same. Do I need to change anything in settings? If yes, how do I do that?

Best AnswerOk, it may also be worth restarting your Versa by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 sec (if you haven't already done this).
It may seem like a silly question, but have you checked that the HR sensor is set to on in the settings? Settings app - scroll down to heart rate - confirm it says on.

Are you using ‘do not disturb’ on your phone whilst sleeping, so you do not get message notifications? I’ve only had my versa 8 days but after being so fustrated at being told ‘how to wear my fitbit correctly’ from fitbit, ive narrowed it down to this glitch. I do not adjust anything else and everytime I do not use ‘do not disturb’ on my phone I receive full sleep analysis. Everytime I switch it on I only get simplified sleep ☹️ I use an Apple iphone 8. It’s worth just adjusting one thing per night to see if you can narrow it down to what seems to be causing the issue. Good luck
