Sleep time inaccuracy

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Some of my sleep times as displayed in the bar chart (top of page) do not match the sleep stages, e.g. 21 Jan bar chart shows 14 hours while the stage chart shows 7 hrs 3 min.  I have photos to share but I don't know what to put in the source field.

To post photos, click the Photo icon just above the text entry box.

Hello JohnnyRow and thank you.  I am trying to post the screen grabs on my desktop.  I click the camera icon and am presented with a dialog box with four field to fill in, the first field is “location” IIRC (on the road at the moment).  Again, thank you.

When I click that icon, I get Upload highlighted at top; below that a big gray area that says 'drag photos here or Choose Files'. I click Choose Files and it gives me a standard selection choice from my PC folders.

I’ve entered the path for the jpgs but nothing loads.

Thank you

I have seen some people saying their sleep record gets doubled but haven't seen why/how that happens or any solution, though I haven't been following it either.

Thank you.  Are you able to help me post images based on what I sent you?
