Sleep tracking inaccuracte

Not sure if anyone is experiencing the same issue I’m having with the Fitbit Versa but it doesn’t seem to log my sleep correctly.  For instance I took a nap yesterday evening 02/21/19 from 8:30p-11:45p however on the watch it showed I slept from 1:30a-4:45am.  How is this possible that it doesn’t reflect the correct time I slept.  I mean even my Fitbit Flex 2 monitored my sleep 100% accurately and that device is like $110 cheaper.  Is there going to be a fix for the Fitbit Versa?  Until the issue is resolved I’m better off just using my Fitbit Flex 2.  And if the issue isn’t resolved is there a possibility to return my Fitbit Versa and get a credit to use towards a different Fitbit Device?

I noticed the same issue.  Mine says I was in a deep sleep at 10:10pm I was wide awake.   So I looked back and noticed it’s like that on other days too.   Issue does need addressed and fixed.
