Since yesterday evening husband watch keeps switching off. We have done restart twice, made sure it is charged. Husband is deaf and relies on it for alarms calls etc.
Please help

If it switches off again, try a Factory Reset (settings app on the tracker and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

Done reset, factory reset. Removed from app deleted app reinstalled app and put versa back on and the same happens last around 5-10 and it is blank and wont turn on untill you put it in the charger. Checked all the points are clean. Help
