Sleep tracking not updating

I've restarted, synced many times, waited hours. Nothing is showing my sleep. I've read other posts and done what everyone else has done and still nothing 

 

Can someone please help. I don't want to keep having to reinstal software every day

You seem to have done all the troubleshooting and probably the sensor lights on the back aren't working correctly.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
