My versa is tracking sleep while I’m still awake and logging in steps. I know I can manually delete the incorrect sleep but last night part of the inaccurate sleep was actually me sleeping for an hour and then another sleep log was tracled. I shouldnt have to “manually” track my sleep since this was the primary feature I leveraged to choose Fitbit over Apple. Also have issue with incoming calls staying on the screen long after the call is done (close to an hour sometimes).

Hey @Cgirl286, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I agree with you my friend, the edit sleep option should be just to adjust little inaccuracies on your sleep data. Now in regards of the call notifications, sounds very odd that it stays on the screen such a long time. That isn't normal and it consumes a lot battery. So in order to fix those 2 inconveniences, please try to restart your Versa. Just follow the instructions in this post to do so.
Let me know if that works!

I followed the instructions to restart my versa and i am still having the sleep tracking issue. Steps logged at the same time sleep was tracked.

@Cgirl286 I've had various fitbits extend my sleep through my morning workout. When I run. They don't do it too often. And, honestly, it's the least of my complaints. I always manually edit my sleep anyway, because it's never perfect enough for me. I miss the days of "sleep mode!"

Wondering if you found a fix for this problem? I just got a versa today and after setting it up I went for a walk and a swim. after syncing with app the steps did increase, no swim was added in exercise, but shows 2hr23min sleep was logged. I was able to add swim in app manually from exercise tracking shown on my versa but I thought versa was supposed to track swimming automatically
