I’m really beginning to feel like I spent $200 to beta test acwatch that is awesome when it works but epically failing in many ways. Today my versa added 10 extra floors and oddly it’s showing about 30 extra active minutes. I’m also seeing, and this might be an app bug, where the numbers on the app will say one thing but if you click on them and look on the graph the numbers are totally different. So my watch and app will say 10 floors climbed but if you click on the graph for floors that day it says only 4 floors climbed. Or they’ll read 1.5 hours in the cardio zone but if you look on the graph it only shows 30 minutes in the cardio zone. I’m coming up on my time to fully return for a full refund or attempt a new watch and I’m really thinking of returning and giving them a year to figure things out. It’s sad because I really like the versa when it works by for $200 there shouldn’t be this many issues and constantly restarting should not be the solution.

I did the same thing, $250.00 and Fitbit will not refund my money, because I had the Versa for more then 45 days (50 days). I will NEVER buy Fitbit again!!!
